Our second CAG meeting of 2017 will be held in Queens at the Long Island City branch of Queens Library. There will be an update about the draft remedial investigation, the draft baseline ecological risk assessment, as well as updates about fishing advisory signs. Riverkeeper will present about a community visioning project for Newtown Creek, and the NYC Economic Development Corporation will also present about the commercial importance of the city’s channels and waterways. We encourage attendance from the general public and any who are interested in becoming active CAG members.
