After Hurricane Sandy, EPA took limited samples in the Newtown Creek area. Samples were taken from the basement of a building on Eagle Street that flooded as well as directly from the creek.

This meeting will be an opportunity for neighboring residents and business owners to speak with the EPA about the water sampling results and ask any questions they may have.  NYS DEC, FEMA, and OSHA will also be represented at the meeting.

Information will be available on resources for those affected by the storm.
