EPA Announces Proposed Plan for OU2 (regarding the long-term control plan for combined sewer overflows into the Creek)

EPA has posted a proposed plan for operable unit 2 (OU2), identifying a preferred alternative for addressing releases of chemicals of potential concern (COPCs) from combined sewer overflows (CSOs) into the Creek.

EPA will be holding two public meetings to explain the Proposed Plan and all of the alternatives presented in the Focused Feasibility Study. Oral and written comments will also be accepted at the meetings. The meetings will be held at the following times and locations:
