Reminder: there will be a Newtown Creek Community Advisory Group (CAG) meeting TODAY from 6:30 to 8:30 PM at Sunnyside Community Services, 43-31 39 Street, Sunnyside, NY 11104. The venue is just a few-minute walk from transit, including the 7 train.
First, there will be a presentation on the proposed Early Action clean-up from the Newtown Creek Group. This will be followed by discussion of EPA’s report on the focused feasibility study of the long-term control plan for combined sewer overflows into the Creek, including planning next steps to submit community comments to EPA on the report and proposed plan.
