The recommendations are based on CSTAG’s review of a site information package submitted by EPA Region 2 regarding the draft Focused Feasibility Study for OU3, as well as the presentations/discussions held during a 2-day meeting from April 29 to 30, 2020. During this meeting, presentations and/or written materials were provided by the Region and the NCG, as well as the Newtown Creek CAG, NYSDEC, NYCDEP, NOAA and the USACE (FWS was also provided the opportunity to submit information).
